I bought my Sienna from this dealership because they were close to me. I had a trade in, and while it was bein appraised the manager tells me - whats that car worth ... $300? Why dont you just give it to a wrecker? And this was a car in very very good condition. In the end, my I got more than KBB value. I had no choice but to buy the vehicle from them since I had already signed the papers. He was utterly disrespectful and didn't care about it either.
When I went back for a service at 1000 miles as the manual recommends, the manager said I don't need service until 5000. New cars definitely need oil change early since engine is is still breaking-in. Then for the oil change at 5000 mi, I was made to wait 2 hours - this after I had taken an appt and they took the car in immediately.
I have sworn never to go back again, and have told all my friends and colleagues not to either.

I have had trouble with my wheel after hitting a pothole the tire was going flat. I called up Libertyville Toyota and the service was closed the I got a hold of the sales manager Adrian and he told me to come right in and they would give me a car to drive for the night. Dave Jr. called me first thing in the morning to tell my options with my tire and wheel and I checked around the price and they were the lowest. In my book these guys rocked. From here on this is my place for service.
Prepare to wait a long time for any service. Reviewed by HelloMetro User on

I made an appointment there for a regular 3 mo service and waited for almost hours and I finally had to go and ask where my car was. I think they totally forgot I was sitting there and to tell me my car was done.
